For us, gastronomy is more than just a profession – it is a family tradition and a lifelong passion, now proudly carried on by the second generation.
For over 20 years, we have been running our family-owned restaurant, Casito Mediterráneo, in Puerto de Mogán, where quality, warm hospitality, and the joy of exceptional food have always been at the heart of everything we do.
With EMOZIONE MEDITERRANEA in Arguineguín, we are beginning a new chapter in our family story. Here, we combine our many years of experience with fresh culinary ideas and our own personal interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine.

Our philosophy begins with the careful selection of our ingredients. Freshness, quality, regional sourcing, and respect for nature form the foundation of our cuisine.
Products from the Canary Islands are especially close to our hearts. Whenever possible, our fruit, vegetables, and aromatic herbs come from our own cultivation, local partner farms, and carefully selected regional producers.
We consciously focus on seasonal ingredients, short supply chains, and sustainable farming practices. In doing so, we combine the culinary diversity of the Mediterranean with the distinctive flavours of our Canary Island home.
Our dishes are designed to impress not only through creativity but, above all, through the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients.
